Terms of Service

Babble Media, d/b/a Ballot Page · Effective August 11, 2026

Ballot Page Terms of Service. Effective August 11, 2026.

Ballot Page is a product of Babble Media, d/b/a Ballot Page ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide software that generates campaign brand assets and websites. Free accounts may design and preview; paid plans unlock editing and publishing. We may change or discontinue features.

2. Your content

You own the content you upload and the sites you build. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and back up that content to operate the service. You may export your content at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, including campaign finance disclaimers, contribution fine print, and any state or federal filing requirements. Ballot Page provides tools and defaults, not legal advice; compliance responsibility rests with your committee.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no impersonation of other candidates or committees, no malware, no attempts to breach or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI features

AI-generated drafts (text, logos, edits) are proposals for your review. You are responsible for what you approve and publish. Daily usage limits apply to keep the service fast for everyone.

6. Billing

Plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are campaign expenditures payable from committee funds where applicable.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. Published sites are unpublished on account deletion after export opportunity.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
